1. The service
NotesBang scores and rewrites text you provide (pasted, .docx, .txt, .md), using third-party AI models. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts & free usage
You need an account with a verified email. During early access the service is free, limited to 3 analyses per day per account and 3000 characters per piece. Accounts created to abuse the free tier may be suspended.
3. Your content & AI processing
You keep ownership of your text. To score and rewrite it, the content is sent to a third-party AI model for processing. You confirm you have the right to process the content and that it is lawful.
4. Data used to improve the service
By default, your anonymized copy and its scores help us learn what makes copy effective. You can turn this off per document or at any time; see the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful or infringing material, attempt unauthorized access, overload the service, or use it to produce defamatory or hateful content.
6. Generated content & disclaimers
Scores and rewrites are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and fact-checking before publishing. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law NotesBang is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Termination & changes
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms and may update these terms by posting a new version here. You may stop using the service and delete your documents or account at any time.
